Pilates Matwork

You've probably heard of Pilates, it's pretty popular these days and there is very good reason...because it works! Pilates is a really effective movement method that improves core stability and posture by strengthening weak muscles and releasing tight muscles, with the aim of creating overall balance in the body. Matwork Pilates is a series of exercises performed both in standing and on the mat, you should come out of a class feeling taller and moving with more ease and fluidity and balance in the body...well, that's the aim!

Come along and try out a class. My classes are gentle paced allowing time to explore and enjoy the movement whilst being certain to tone your muscles creating a stronger, leaner body.
